I am Jay Palmer, the founder of Luciduals. I have been working with technology and business systems with over 20 years of successful designs and solutions. I am educated with a BS in Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Certification in Web Development from Cabrillo College.

I love solving problems and enjoy all phases of web development from working with you through planning and designing to creating and delivering a solution that meets your vision and needs. As an artist and programmer, I enjoy creating aesthetically pleasing websites that are functional and easy to follow.

Experience

I began working with computers and information systems in college when I developed an artificial intelligence program that functioned as a scheduling system for the Industrial Engineering department at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. From there I went on to designing and developing large scale business systems for a number of successful companies, including Disney Video, Gucci Watches, and Hewlett-Packard.

In the last 5 years I obtained certification in Web Development from Cabrillo College and have been developing web sites with hand coding and WordPress.

I thrive in both analytical and creative endeavors, and I am inspired by the blend of these inherent in web design and development. Today I enjoy working closely with individuals and businesses designing and building websites.
